French Provence Style Rosé 2020

This Provence Style Dry Rosé is the free flowing juice from our Cabernet Sauvignon crush. This is a light, dry Rosé, this style being most closely associated with the hills of Provence in southern France. The grapes were hand picked and immediately crushed with limited time on skins, and the lightest of pressings. Pale in colour, soft, dry and fruity.
